I’m Josie, a Virginia-based wedding photographer originally from Oregon, and I’ve been capturing love stories for years—across 5 countries, 10 states, and more venues, traditions, and timelines than I can count. From intimate backyard ceremonies to grand cultural celebrations, I’ve photographed Christian weddings, Jewish weddings, Catholic Masses, Persian ceremonies, Nigerian parties, Korean tea ceremonies, Lebanese Zaffes, and couples who simply choose to write their own rules. Every wedding has its own heartbeat, and I love learning the flow of each unique day.
